Rarelic
Collector Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
By purchasing or owning a Rarelic Collectible Art Card, the collector agrees to the following terms and conditions.
1. Ownership of the Physical Card
The purchaser owns the physical Rarelic Art Card after purchase. This ownership includes the physical card and the accompanying collector materials provided with the edition.
Ownership of the physical card does not transfer any copyright, trademark, intellectual property, reproduction, or commercial rights relating to the artwork.
2. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, designs, characters, names, logos, and related creative works remain the intellectual property of Rarelic and/or the respective artist, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Rarelic retains all rights not expressly transferred to the collector under these Terms.
3. No Reproduction
Collectors may not reproduce, scan, photograph for commercial reproduction, photocopy, digitally recreate, reprint, manufacture, or otherwise duplicate the artwork or card for personal or commercial purposes.
The artwork may not be printed on other products, merchandise, cards, posters, apparel, packaging, or any other physical or digital medium without written permission from Rarelic.
4. Personal Display
Collectors may privately display, photograph, or share their own Rarelic collectible for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that such use does not imply ownership of the underlying artwork or intellectual property.
5. Resale & Transfer
Collectors are permitted to sell or transfer their physical Rarelic collectible to another person.
The resale of the physical collectible does not transfer any copyright, reproduction, licensing, or commercial rights to the new owner.
For Limited Editions, the original Certificate of Authenticity and verification information should be transferred together with the collectible whenever possible.
6. Certificate of Authenticity
Certificates of Authenticity are issued as part of the collector experience and may contain edition, serial, signature, or verification information.
Collectors are responsible for keeping their Certificate and verification information safe. Rarelic may use its records to verify the authenticity and edition of a collectible.
7. Limited Editions
Limited Edition cards are produced in a stated quantity and are not intended to be reproduced as the same Limited Edition.
Each Limited Card may contain individually applied artistic elements, including real gold leaf. Due to the handmade nature of these elements, variations in texture, placement, and pattern are expected and form part of the uniqueness of each piece.
8. Condition & Care
Collectors are responsible for properly storing and handling their collectibles after purchase. Rarelic recommends keeping cards inside their provided protective materials and away from excessive moisture, heat, sunlight, and physical pressure.
Rarelic is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, handling, accidents, or modifications made after delivery.
9. Alteration & Modification
Collectors may physically handle or display their own card. However, altering, cutting, painting, removing, or modifying the artwork does not create any additional intellectual property rights and may affect its authenticity, collector value, or eligibility for future verification.
10. Commercial Use
The artwork and Rarelic branding may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
This includes using the artwork, card image, characters, designs, or Rarelic trademarks to create or sell merchandise, advertisements, products, digital assets, or other commercial materials.
11. Authenticity & Verification
Each Rarelic collectible may contain identifying information, serial numbers, certificates, or verification codes depending on its edition.
Collectors should purchase Rarelic collectibles through authorized Rarelic channels or verify the collectible before purchasing from a secondary seller whenever verification is available.
12. No Implied Rights
Purchasing a Rarelic collectible does not grant the collector any license or permission to use the artwork, artist's name, Rarelic name, trademarks, or other intellectual property beyond the rights expressly stated in these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
Rarelic may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The applicable terms are those presented or accepted at the time of purchase, subject to applicable law.
14. Contact
For questions regarding authenticity, ownership, licensing, or intellectual property, please contact Rarelic through its official channels.
